Leaker Reveals Lenovo’s Unannounced Legion Y90 Gaming Phone Specs

A popular Chinese leaker has revealed the specifications of the Lenovo unannounced Legion Y90 gaming phone. This smartphone brand was made in response to the Asus gaming smartphone lineup.

Asus latest gaming ROG Phone 5S and 5S Pro smartphones, have Qualcomm’s newest processor. This original ROG phone 5 is updated with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 Plus chip.

While the Legion Y90 according to the leaks will sport Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon Gen 1 chip. The highest version would ship with 18GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.  The leaker says there is no quirky design language for this new gaming smartphone. Although, this new phone would have a “dual-engine air-cooled” system at the back.

In comparison with the Asus latest gaming ROG Phone with 5G global connectivity, a responsive 360 Hz screen and a monster 6000 mAh battery. Also spotting 6.78-inch screens with 64-megapixel main sensors and up to 18GB of RAM.

The leaker says the Legion Y90 would ship with a larger 6.92-inch AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is also going to have a 720Hz touch sampling rate, a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 68-watt fast charging. Finally, the Legion Y90 could ship with dual X-axis vibration motors and dual USB-C ports for intensive gaming. Just like the Asus gaming phone, this rumoured device might not male it to the US.
