Nigerian businesswoman and chairman of First Bank Ibukun Awosika is making her film debut in an upcoming movie “Citation” by Kunle Afolayan.
In a newly released teaser, we see Ibukun Awosika starring in a supporting role alongside other star actors. Making her debut acting appearance as well is billionaire heiress Temi Otedola.
Other cast members of the star-studded film include Joke Silva; Haitian-French actor and model Jimmy Jean-Louis, Ini Edo, Yomi Fash-Lanso, Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang. Also amongst the cast is Gabriel Afolayan; man of Ivorian theater, Bienvenu Neba; veteran broadcaster and actor, Sadiq Daba, and Bukunmi Oluwashina.
French-Ivorian actor and screenwriter, Raymond Reboul; theatre educator, Toyin Bifarin; and veteran Nigerian film director and actor, Wole Olowomojuore, aka ‘Baba Gebu’ complete the cast.

Citation tells the story of a young female student “Moremi” who faces s****l harassment from a university lecturer.
Meanwhile, the release date for Moremi is yet unsure as production was halted because of the pandemic. Kunle Afolayan however previously annouced that would be released by August 2020.
