The 2019 Headies Awards aimed at honouring professionals in the Nigerian music scene will hold on 19th October 2019, and we will be giving you a list of the nominees.
This year’s edition, tagged ‘The Power Of A Dream’, will feature 29 unique categories to acknowledge and celebrate the work of various artists in different categories.
Davido, Teni, Wizkid, Rema, Burna Boy, Joeboy, Mr Eazi, and Fireboy DML will battle for viewers’ choice award this year alongside song of the year category.
Best Recording Of The Year
A non-voting category for the best recording (that meets the judges’ requirements of excellence; songwriting, production, rendition) by an artist or group in the year under review.
