DMW boss Davido, recently thrilled his fans on Tuesday 2nd March when he appeared as a guest artist on  “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” a popular American late-night talk show.

On the show, the music star performed ‘”Assurance”, a track off his 2019 “A Good Time” album, and “Jowo”,  a song from his 2020 album, “A Better Time”.

His performance on the show, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel was done virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The two hit singles are billed to feature on the soundtrack for “Coming 2 America”, a 2021 US comedy film, scheduled to hit the cinemas on Friday 5th March

Davido now joins the likes of Burna Boy and Rema who have performed on the show aired on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC).

The 28-year-old has continued to pull strings in the global music landscape with series of awards and recognition.

The singer had recently revealed how he had no money and support from anyone about 12 years ago but braced the odds to become famous.

“Damn I went to my old apartments where I used to live 12 years ago with Sina and Bred!!! As hard as it is to believe .. we had no money .. no support just us and a dream !! 12 years later! We millions in! Road to a billion !!! We thank God !! Never stop believing,” he had said.
