Megan Fox has decided to end her 10-year-old marriage to Brian Austin Green by filing for divorce.
The 34-year-old Transformers star made her red carpet debut with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly at the American Music Awards earlier this week and with their relationship taking a more serious turn, she is looking to bring her marriage to a legal end.
The Blast has reported that Megan filed the divorce documents on Wednesday 25th November and that Brian, 47, also filed his response.
The pair separated in May after 10 years of marriage and Megan was soon seen spending time with rapper MGK.
She has three children with Brian, sons Noah Shannon, eight, Bodhi Ransom, six, and Journey River, four. Megan recently introduced them to her new boyfriend as their relationship hots up.
Megan met Brian on the set of “Hope & Faith” in 2004, when she was 18 and Brian was 30.
They got engaged in November 2006 after dating for two years but called it all off in February 2009. A year later, they were engaged again and eventually married in 2010.
Their rocky relationship took another turn five years into their marriage, with them splitting and Megan filing for divorce.
At the same time, they announced they were expecting their third child, and the following year, they reconciled again.
In April 2019, Megan had the first divorce petition dismissed but it seems there will be no looking back this time as Megan seems to have fallen for MGK.

She met the 30-year-old rapper on the set of upcoming film “Midnight in the Switchgrass” and after spending some months away from her husband, she soon realised that they were over when she returned home to California after filming had finished.
A source has told People that Brian is struggling with Megan’s new relationship and how public it has been.
The source said: “It’s a tough situation. As a dad, Brian is great. He is wonderful with the boys. The issue is that he is bitter that Megan moved on so quickly with Machine Gun Kelly. It’s been very hard for him.”
