Do Busola Dakolo’s Interview Confessions Further Prove Fatoyinbo’s Guilt?

In an interview with The UK Guardian, Busola Dakolo also revealed that she was forced at gunpoint to sign a letter revoking the r*pe allegations against her r*pist, COZA Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.

The incident subsequently took place three weeks after she filed a r*pe allegation against Biodun Fatoyinbo. The accused is the Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly.

According to the UK Guardian, a special police branch then brought the charges against Busola Dakolo and her husband in a counter-case filed by COZA.

Investigations on the original case stalled with the law enforcement taking little to no action.

Unsurprisingly, the only palpable reaction was by social media users and activists calling for Fatoyinbo’s prosecution. After this happened, there were also counter-protests at the COZA headquarters in Abuja.

In July, policemen in an unmarked vehicle stalked Busola and Timi Dakolo. The policemen allegedly forced the couple under duress to sign a letter accusing them of criminal conspiracy, falsehood, mischief, and a threat to life.

Busola stated shortly after in an interview that one of the policemen was holding a gun. According to her, she only signed the letter for that reason. Busola Dakolo took to Instagram yesterday to refute rumours that the documents would hinder her pursuit of justice.

According to her, the document she signed was not a counter-petition. Also, it was not an agreement to drop the charges levelled against Fatoyinbo.

Busola Dakolo stated that the fight is not over and she will stand her ground.

This incident leads to the possible conclusion that Biodun Fatoyinbo hired the ‘”special police” to coerce and incite fear in his victim. Does this further prove his guilt and desperation to weasel out of the penalties of his crimes of r*pe of a minor?
