Seven Things You Need For An Awesome Girls’ Night-Out

The weekend is here, and it’s time to let go of all your work stress. For many of you, work stress will involve shaking your booty to music at a club or a house party. You might even be heading out to a concert. Whatever your girls‘ night-out entails, here are a few things to make sure you have a good time without any mishaps.

1. A comfortable outfit

As much as you want to look hot and stylish, make sure to opt for an outfit that is also comfortable. You might be tempted to wear that itchy sequined dress in an attempt to pepper them. But after a few hours of discomfort, trust us, you won’t care about peppering anyone. Go for something that does not require you to adjust it all the time and something you can move and breathe freely in.

2. Comfy shoes

If you’re going to be dancing, you will need to wear shoes that won’t destroy your feet. Stilettos may be s*xy, but it’s not worth the hassle if you have to break your ankles or carry slippers around all night. Instead, go for open-toed shoes that let your feet breathe or block heels for balance and comfort.

3. A power bank

In case of an emergency, you cannot run out of phone battery. You will need to keep your phone charged up to call your friends or order a ride. Be proactive so you don’t get stuck in a bad or uncomfortable situation.

4. Chewing gum

Having some chewing gum in your purse is completely necessary. As the night goes by, you might start you feel your breath go bad. To avoid feeling self-conscious, have some chewing gum to freshen your breath. That way, you will be confident enough to talk to anyone!

5. Tampons

A perfectly fine girls’ night-out can be ruined by someone’s period coming at the wrong time. Whether it’s you or your friends, some sort of sanitary material is necessary in case of an emergency. However, tampons are preferable because they are not as lumpy as pads and make movement easy.

6. Condoms

A girls’ night-out is full of possibilities. You can mingle and connect with someone new and end up in their bed. But being an adult, you have to be responsible for your s*xual health. Be sure to pack your own condoms so you have no excuse for not using protection. If you’re going to ditch your friends for s*x, you might as well be safe about it.

7. Your own drinks

Buy your own drinks ahead of time or be ready to keep a constant eye on the drinks you buy. The world is a vicious place, and you don’t know who is out to take advantage of you. So to be safe, keep your drinks in close range or get yourself a little flask for your own private turnup.

Whatever you do, remember to have a good time and surround yourself with good positive people.
