You Can Retain Firm Breasts With These Three Techniques

How to apply

Take a few drops of olive oil and rub them together in quick motions to generate heat. With your hands, gently apply this oil on your br*asts, massing upwards. Continue to do so for at least 15 minutes. This will stimulate blood flow and help in repairing damaged cells.

 

This remedy should be repeated at least four to five times a week for best results. You could also use almond, argan, or jojoba oil to massage.

Ice Massage

Massaging your br*ast with ice is as yet another effective way to regain firmness. This is because the cold temperature causes tissues to contract, thus, making the breasts firmer and perkier.

How to apply

Take 2 ice cubes and massage them in circular motions around each of your breasts. Do this just for a minute and use a soft towel to dry the breasts. Stay in a reclining position for at least 30 minutes. Repeat this technique at intervals daily for best results.

Exercise

They’re a few exercises that help the breasts to remain firm. They include bench press, push-ups, and bench butterflies. You can engage in push-up exercises from the comfort of your home but you’ll have to hit the gym for bench and bench butterfly presses.
