Music mogul Ubi Franklin has critsicised women who dragged their ex-husbands and baby daddies on Father’s Day.The father of four in an Instagram post said the dragging of exes every year was unnecessary as it defeats the purpose of learning.

“Father’s day is not a day for women to be abusing their ex-husbands or baby daddies. If you cannot wish him happy father’s day, just let the day pass in peace. I’m at peace with other mothers of my kids, except one, she drags me at will, lol,” he wrote.

“But life is beautiful. I believe time will only reveal and heal. Constantly calling exes on social media defeats the learning curve experience. Do have a great week.”

His post is coming a day after Mercy Aigbe and her estranged husband Lanre Gentry dragged themselves on social media on father’s day.

The estranged couple re-activated their long-festering beef with each other on father’s day, Sunday, June 20th, 2021. Mercy Aigbe had shared a post, wishing herself a happy fathers day.

Lanre Gentry soon responded with a lengthy post on Instagram. He slammed Mercy Aigbe, writing that she didn’t come from a good background hence her attitude.

They further hurled words at themselves, Gentry calling Aigbe a prostitute while she called him an irresponsible liar.
