Popular Celebrity singers Simi And Adekunle Gold are celebrating Adejare’s birthday with a new song.
Simi took to her Instagram page on Monday 31st May to make the big announcement a day after her daughter’s birthday.
In her caption, she encouraged her followers to stream the song on all music platforms because every money made from the song will go to Adejare’s account.
“The Happy Birthday song is our favourite gift to Deja today. Every kobo, cent, penny we make from the Streams of this song will go into her account. For her future. So I hope you stream and stream and stream as a gift to her too. Thank you. #HappyBirthdayDeja #1”. She wrote
The song “Happy Birthday” opens with Deja laughing. This laughter is followed by prayers by Simi with promises to stand by her all through life. In the song, Adekunle Gold promises to be the best father with beautiful words of endearment.
The song has a feel-good chorus that parents will relate to and will love to sing to their children.
“Happy birthday, Happy Birthday
I go dey sing am to you every day”.

Simi and Adekunle Gold welcomed their daughter in May last year, however, the couple made the announcement on 7th June 2020.
Simi revealed her baby bump in the video of her previously released song “Duduke”. The music video was released on the 19th of April 2020 which was also her birthday.
In the song, she explained her joy of being her expectant mother and how she can’t wait to have her baby in her arms.
The video broke the internet with massive views. Presently the video has over 39 million views on YouTube. “Duduke” earned Simi the “Songwriter of the year award at the 14th Headies which took place in February 2021.
In February, Simi expressed some of her fears of being a first-time mother. The singer took to her Twitter page on Sunday, February 21st to say motherhood has made her vulnerable.
“Having a daughter has made me so vulnerable. I want her to never be hurt, sad, insecure, in pain, confused or afraid. The fact I won’t always be able to control these things has made me the most vulnerable I’ve ever been in my life” She wrote.
