Marlian Records seem to be facing troubling times as one of its artiste, Mohbad was allegedly beaten up by His colleagues
The singer released some really heartbreaking videos of his bloodied body
that he said were the consequence of the abuse he endured at the hands of the Marlian team
after he asked to switch managers because his current manager happens to be a Marlian family member.
On Wednesday, 5th October 2022, Mohbad took to his Twitter page to share the clips of his bloodied body with the caption
“Just because I want to change my manager who is their brother, see what they did to me at Marlian House”.
Concerns regarding Mohbad’s drug use have been raised, and earlier conflicts between him and the Marlian Crew,
to whom he was signed, have been attributed to his reported penchant for heavy drug use.

The same was emphasized by Naira Marley when He went live on Wednesday to address the allegations by Mohbad
Naira claims that Mohbad arrived at the Marley residence completely wasted
after using an unknown stimulant that is known to make him angry.
Naira further disclosed that Mohbad wanted to replace his manager, Tunde, after they had a disagreement.
He asserts that Tunde was not his brother, as Mohbad claimed, and that he never objected to the managerial transition.
Meanwhile, Mohbad responded to Naira Marley’s claims in the live Instagram video and insisted that his claims were false.
According to him, the video was an attempt to make him look like his action were fueled by drugs and he was overreacting.
“Everything he said on the live video is a blatant lie. This isn’t the first time. The last video was made out to look like I was high or overreacting. My life is being severely threatened.”
Meanwhile, Naira Marley has assured everyone that the issue will be settled within the label.
