Kanye West has come under criticism from Twitter users this time, for reenacting Jesus “walking on water”.
During his now widely popular Sunday Service, the Presidential candidate joined by Joel Osteen had his choir deliver a stirring song performance on a lake.
In a video posted by his wife Kim Kardashian, Kanye and his singers were filed out across the water. They stopped in the middle and continued to sing with the sunset as serving as a beautiful backdrop.

The choir belted out a rendition of O Fortuna from Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana featuring lyrics in English including: “Jesus is love” while Kanye and his children walked on the same lake in another clip.
Joel Osteen while giving a sermon on the lake said:
“Watching these fine men and women sing, it looks like they are walking on water. My mind goes back to that time where Jesus invited Peter to walk on the water. I can imagine Peter thought ‘Jesus, what are you talking about? That’s impossible! I can’t do that.”

The performance has been heavily criticised by many twitter users. While some have called it blasphemous and an insult to Jesus, others have termed Kanye and his group satanic, convinced it must be a cult.
