Singer Davido is counting his Blessings and naming them one by one as His uncle, the newly elected governor of Osun state receives his certificate of return from INEC
Recall that Davido took to his Social media on Monday to call out INEC over the delay in issuance of certificate of return to His uncle, Days after his victory
He took to his social media to write and we quote
“48hrs after our victory at the Osun Gubernatorial elections, we are yet to receive our certificate @inecNigeria should we send you fuel money? LOL
Please no one should tamper with the will of Osun people! Issue the certificate as required by law!

However the certificate has been issued today July 20th 2022 and Davido has taken to social media yet again to update his fans
Posting a photo from the ceremony on his Twitter handle, the singer wrote;
”It’s been a long battle fought !! We put our Family name on the line , I put my career on the line ! But we had faith!! This was God testing us if we really believed in him !! I feel victorious! Congrats ! Your excellency @AAdeleke_01 ! As for me it’s back to the studio!
You do well @inecnigeria no vex for yesterday”
Singer Davido has been a fore runner for his uncle Ademola Adeleke, ever since he declared his intention to run
During the last gubernatorial election of 2014, Adeleke went to the polls but sadly lost to the outgoing Governor, Oyetola
Also recall that earlier in the year, the singer called out his cousin who had the intent to run against their uncle
But victory is finally here! Now everyone waits with bated breath the changes Ademola Adeleke will bring to Osun state
