Today is another October 1st, another day to commemorate Nigeria’s independence. Nigeria's Independence

This year, Nigeria’s 60th was however celebrated with somewhat dampened spirits.

With the country still grappling with the economic losses from a pandemic, state of insecurity and unemployment, it did appear Nigerians didn’t see much to celebrate.

Our stars however came through with the independence style, shining in their different array of green and white outfits. From Jemima Osunde to Erica, to Wathoni check out how your celebrities reeled in Nigeria’s 60th birthday.

The pain and agony of all those who paved way for us have become the fuel that powers our passion.”
