New evidence has surfaced in the case between Chris Brown and unidentified woman who accused him of r*ping her.

The lady, simply identified as Jane Doe sued Chris Brown earlier this year of r****g her in P. Diddy’s yatch in 2020.

However, new receipts released by Radar, Jane Doe had sent him explicit messages shortly after their encounter.

In the released receipt she also sent the singer n**e selfies of herself writing he gave her the “best d*ck ever”.

In another screenshot, the singer asked her to get plan B as he wasn’t too sure if he released inside and she agreed.

“Oh s**t ok I will,” she replied. “I definitely didn’t bust inside ya…just was hella faded so I wanted to be sure,” Brown wrote.

From the shots, Jane Doe moved to Los Angeles — Chris Brown’s city of residence— shortly after their encounter.

She also tried and failed to meet up with the singer four times after their first time together.

Earlier this year in January, Jane Doe filed a $20M suit against the music star for r****g her in P. Diddy’s yatch in December 2020.

Doe’s attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck said she didn’t report the alleged s*xual assault to police at the time because she was a medical student at the time and was “embarrassed.”
