Youtuber Shane Dawson Come Under Fire From The Smiths For S*xualising 11-year-old Willow

The Smiths have come gun-blazing for popular YouTuber Shane Dawson.

 

Jaden Smith yesterday June 27 tweeted he was utterly ‘disgusted’ with Shane Dawson for masturbating to a picture of Willow Smith when she was 11 years old.

Dawson had at the time posted a video of himself pretending to masturbate to a Disney poster of 11-year old Willow. This has caused the video to resurface back on the internet.

Jaden and Willow Smith’s mother Jada Pinkett Smith also tweeted that she was having none of his excuses.

“To Shane Dawson … I’m done with the excuses,” she wrote on Twitter.

Jaden also added:

“This Man Was Also Doing Black Face On The Regular‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️. As The Youth We Need To Support Creators Who Support Us And Our Morals. This Is Not Okay”.

This is coming just after the YouTuber came under fire for portraying blackface and using racial slurs in his previous videos.

Shane Dawson had earlier responded to the backlash after people criticised him for wearing makeup to look black while he mimicked Wendy Williams and Chris Brown on his channel.

 

He tendered an apology via his YouTube channel of over 23 million subscribers saying he was wrong for making those videos.

“Blackface was something that I did a lot,” he said. “There’s no excuse for it, there’s literally no excuse.

 

“I made a video six years ago talking about it and I gave excuses, I knew it was wrong, I knew I never wanted to do it again, but I didn’t do the work. I didn’t actually look into the history of it and why it’s so wrong, and why people were so upset.”

 

He continued: “Because my ‘excuse’ was ‘I was just being funny, I love black people, I’m not a racist. I was trying to be funny.’ All of that is stupid and wrong. And I put that onto the internet as an adult, and that is insane. I’m so sorry.”

 

Shane Dawson is an actor and comedian who was amongst one of the first few to rise to fame via YouTube and has since maintained a strong online presence. He’s yet to respond to Willow and Jaden’s accusations as of the time of this report.
