Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 9 Pro To Start Selling In India From 12th May 2020

Xiaomi had announced Redmi Note 9 Pro in March 2020 but the phone will only start selling on 12th May 2020 in India. One of its amazing features is the Document Mode and there is the camera quality as well.

 

The smartphone comes with four rear cameras that are led by a 68MP main shooter. This is complemented by an 8MP Ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.

 

However, among its unique characteristics is the Document Mode that the company highlighted via its Twitter page.

 

 

This allows users to scan documents, correct rotations, remove shadows, and increase contrasts. All these actions are essential aspects of dealing with documents. The phone’s website claims that it can achieve all of this in one minute.

 

Additionally, it mentions that the UI (user interface) will be upgraded regularly.

This is not all that makes Redmi Note 9 Pro a must-have smartphone. In the power department, it brings a flagship 5,020 mAh battery which supports 30W fast charging.

 

When it comes to processing speed, this device is also on top of the game. Its processor is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset.

 

Other interesting features of the Redmi Note 9 Pro are as follows:

 

Side-mounted Fingerprint sensor: this allows users to unlock their devices faster and also eliminates smudges on the screen or back cover.

 

NFC Support: this gives users the facilities to make cashless payment at stores that supports the device.

 

Huge Storage capacity: the two versions of the device come with 6GB RAM and internal storage of 64GB and 128GB.

 

Large Display: the device touts a 6.67-inch Dot Display.

 

For now, the information we have is that the Redmi Note 9 Pro will cost in the range of $198 (NGN71,000) to $225 (NGN81,000), there are speculations that some versions may coast as high as $264 (NGN95,000).
