Nigerian R&B singer, Anthony Ebuka Victor, professionally known as Victony believes that education is key even though he is a superstar.
The “Holy Father” crooner recently went back to the university to do his IT project defence just a day after he performed at a music concert.
Victony had earlier announced via Twitter that he had a show and IT defence just 24 hours apart and he would attend to both of them.

He kept to his words and stormed the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), thereby causing a buzz on campus.
The singer could be seen in a video arriving at the school premises rocking a brown suit and black shoes. He was with a bodyguard who escorted him into the hall while other students tried to get close.

An excited fan who spotted him and was able to take a selfie was stunned because he could not believe that he chose to return to school to complete his defence despite being a celebrity.

In April 2021, Victony was involved in a car accident that left one person identified as Doyin dead while others were severely injured.
The entertainer was returning home from a birthday party organised by Oxlade, another Nigerian singer, in the company of his friends when the incident occurred.
He had to get surgery after the car crash and was wheelchair-ridden for months.
