The US will be reopening its borders to vaccinated foreign visitors on November 8, the White House said. This concerns visitors arriving at the country’s Land border by road or flight according to State Department Spokesperson Ned Price.
That means all non-US airline passengers will have to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of negative test. The White House earlier said it was going to end restrictions on air travel from some 30 countries.
The US Government has barred non-essential travellers from more than 30 countries from entering the country since March 2020. Its November 8 restriction lift now allows foreign vaccinated nationals against COVID-19. They can move across ferry crossings and its borders from Mexico and Canada.

Different variants of the virus are around, such as the Delta variant. This is a precautionary motive by Google for safety at work. CEO Sundar Pichai made this announcement in a letter collected by the New York Times.
