In his first single of the year, titled “Heartless”, The Weeknd shuts out his emotions.
“And I’m back to my ways ’cause I’m heartless
All this money and this pain got me heartless
Tryna be a better man, but I’m heartless
Never be a weddin’ plan for the heartless”
With these lyrics, the Canadian singer-songwriter seems ready to break a few hearts.
In November 2018, The Weeknd announced that he was working on a new album. During his Toronto concert, he said:
“I want to let you guys know, being in Toronto these past two days, I haven’t been this inspired in years. I want you guys to be the first to know that I’m working on my new album right now. Chapter Six coming soon.”
