Coconut margarita

With Coconut Margaritas, you can almost feel the sea breeze and rustle of coconut tree leaves behind you. This snow-white drink is a cool, refreshing tropical cocktail. They taste like a cross between a Margarita and Pina Coladas; both classic cocktails.

 Cocktails

Ingredients

-1 (15-ounce) can cream of Coconut

-1 cup tequila

-1/2 cup lime juice

-1/4 cup Cointreau

-1/2 cup toasted coconut

How to prepare

Combine the Cream of Coconut, tequila, ice, lime juice, Cointreau, and 1 spoonful of toasted coconut shavings in a blender and blend till smooth.

Rub a lime wedge on your glasses. Then pour the remaining coconut shavings on the small flat plate and rim the edge of your glasses with it. Pour your blended mix into the glasses and voila! your coconut margaritas are ready.
