Samsung Galaxy A80 Features
The Samsung Galaxy A80 has the rotating camera module that includes three distinct camera sensors. They are
- a 48-megapixel, f/2.0 main sensor,
- an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera lens with a 123-degree field of view,
- and a 3D depth-sensing camera as the tertiary sensor.
The camera works with a dedicated selfie mode. It also has a slider system that enables the module to pop-up automatically and then rotates to the front, giving people an uninhibited view. The main camera is used for both regular photos and selfies. Included also is the Scene Optimiser artificial intelligence software previously seen on the Galaxy Note 9 and S10 for scene recognition.
The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with One UI on top. It’s quite large with a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED ‘New Infinity Display’ panel with 20:9 aspect ratio. It houses the octa-core Snapdragon 730G SoC, accompanied with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. In addition, the phone packs a 3,700mAh battery along with 25W Super-Fast Charging support.
Overall, the phone is sleek and easy-to-use. The phone is available in three colours: Phantom Black, Angel Gold or Ghost White. The gold contains elements of pink, while the White consists of some blue characteristics showing different colours, depending on light direction and reflection. While the company has not provided many other details, the price is reportedly about 650 euros.
