Talking to reporters at the launch of his foldable phone, Roberto Escobar says he will file a class-action lawsuit against Apple.
According to a report by Digital Trends, Escobar said,
“They are scammers, and now we are preparing the class-action lawsuit.” He further said; They are cheating people and selling worthless phones to Consumers, Overpriced. My lawyers have been ready for a long time, but before I sue them and give money back to the people which they deserve, I wanted to show them that my product is much better.
On 6th January 2020, next year, the $30 billion class-action lawsuit will be filed in the courts of California in America. I have spent almost $1 million just on lawyers to begin these lawsuits.”

Talking about how he plans to eventually beat Apple, Escobar said, “I have told many people that I would beat Apple and I will. I cut the networks and retailers, to sell to customers”.
Escobar Inc. also plans to start a $50 million tech company, which according to him will beat Apple to a pulp. While there is not much information about this at the moment, this could be in reference to its own cryptocurrency that it launched sometime last year called ‘Diet Bitcoin’ which were available for purchase in batches of $2, $50, $100 and $1000.
He has said that he plans to create a tech company that will beat Apple.
Escobar Inc’s foldable phone takes dig at Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. “Apple Boy Steve once looked into space. He saw Pablo Escobar with phone beyond anybody’s imagination,” says the Fold 1 commercial.
