Earlier in April, Ric Hassani revealed that women have left their marriages because of his songs. The RnB singer made the revelation on NaijaTalk Podcast.

Ric Hassani singer said he now has to watch what he sings because many women have told him they left their relationships or marriages after listening to his song and realising they deserve to be with a gentleman like him.

“I have people that’ll tell me, ‘I heard your song and your song made me leave my husband’.When I heard the song, I just knew I needed a Gentleman, I had to leave my husband because..’ I’m telling you oh. Many girls have really left their relationship because of me. That’s why I have to be sure of what I’m saying.”

Ric Hassani, 32, real name Ikechukwu Eric Ahiauzu is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and musician. He rose to fame with his debut album “The African Gentleman” in 2016 which earned him several Headies nominations.

He released his sophomore album titled “The Prince I Became”, on Friday 26th February. His second studio album is a 17-track body of work. The project includes collaborative tracks from Nicky Jam, Sauti Sol, Zoro, Frank Edwards amongst others.
