Hollywood star Rebel Wilson has been granted a restraining order from a man who claims to be her baby daddy.
The alleged stalker of the 41-year-old “Pitch Perfect” actress has turned up at her Los Angeles home several times with odd presents and letters.
According to judicial filings filed by Wilson’s lawyer Susan Haber, the man tracked down to her Los Angeles residence and handed her a handwritten note falsely claiming he has a 20-year-old son with Rebel Wilson.
Court documents also revealed that the man explained in the letter how they met at a club in 2001 before getting close.

The documents also allege the man had left a number of notes to their fictional son as well as a series of odd gifts, including a small stuffed penguin that carried a card saying ‘love’.
However, Wilson maintained that they’ve never met. The actress wrote that she believes the man is delusional and has created ‘in his mind a fictitious history of a relationship he had, and wants to continue to have with her.
His persistent alleged harassment made her fear for her safety.
TMZ reported that with her win in court, her accused stalker ‘must stay 100 yards away. He must also refrain from any attempt to contact her.
