How to use Cisco Webex Teams on PC

If you get invited to join an already created team, you can follow the link in the message. Otherwise, follow the steps below to start using this app.

1. Download the Webex Teams (there is is one for Meeting as well).
2. Then, double-click the WebexTeams_x86.msi file you downloaded.
3. Next, the apps setup wizard will launch and you are to follow the instructions to set up. Once installed the app will launch automatically.
4. After this, you provide your email address and get a confirmation code which you are to enter to verify your account.
5. From here on, you see navigation options on the left. The search, filters, and spaces options are above. There is an activity box on the right.

Major features of Cisco Webex includes:

1. You can start using the Webex Teams to read and send messages to people directly or to everyone on your project team. You can send messages to a group of people by tapping on Create a space after opening the “+”  option as against tapping on Contact a Person.
2. Schedule and view details about upcoming meetings.
3. Meet and call people via video and audio platforms.
4. Share files and whiteboards with others as well during meetings.
