Piers Morgan has hit back at Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex over her recent political comments. The British Broadcaster who’s now famous for being very vocal on Megan Markle matters has called on Queen Elizabeth to str*p her of her title as Duchess of Sussex after she spoke on the upcoming American elections in November.
“The Queen must str*p the Sussexes of their titles,” Morgan wrote on Twitter on Friday, August 21st, calling Markle’s comments “a breach of royal protocol.”
“They can’t remain as royals and spout off about foreign elections in such a brazenly partisan way,” he said.
On Thursday, Markle appeared as a special guest on “When All Women Vote,” an online event to encourage people to vote in November.
During her address, Meghan said: “When I think about voting and why this is so exceptionally important for all of us. I would frame it as we vote to honour those who came before us and to protect those who will come after us.”

“We’re only 75 days away from election day and that is so very close. Yet, there’s so much work to be done in that amount of time, because we all know what’s at stake this year.
“And we look at the attempts of voter suppression and what that’s doing, all the more reason we need each of you to be out there supporting each other to understand that this fight is worth fighting and we all have to be out there mobilising to have our voices heard,” she said at the event.
“If you aren’t going out there and voting, then you’re complicit. If you are complacent, you’re complicit.”
Piers Morgan is accusing Meghan Markle of being partisan. According to him, the queen must, therefore, str*p her and her husband off their titles.
However, the UK laws do not forbid royals from voting but the Queen is politically neutral.
