One Million Boys Chased Out by Oworoshonki, Mushin Residents As Robberies In Lagos Continue To Rise

With the continued lockdown the crime rate in Lagos and environs continue to soar. But citizens are refusing to be robbed and are fighting back attacks from assailants.

 

Repeated attacks have been reported to come from a particular cult group named “One Million Boys”. These cult group write letters to neighbourhoods informing them prior to their attacks.

 

They move in large numbers and move from street to street breaking down gates to rob hapless residents of their valuables; r*ping and maiming while at it.

However citizens of areas like Ilupeju, Igando, Bariga and Mushin are taking up arms to fight against these cult attacks. The young men of these areas reportedly replied a recent letter  from the 1 million boys challenging to make good their threats.

This was followed with the boys trooping out en masse in the early hours of Monday bearing clubs and other make-shift instruments

They reportedly chased down the cult boys, caught some, and handed over at the police. There are also rumours that some may have been killed; jungle justice style.
