Athlete, business owner, and Reality TV star, Odudu Otu has emerged as the 2021 winner of  Gulder Ultimate Search Season 12.

He emerged as the Ultimate Craftsman after beating 20 contestants to find the Akolo chest. He came in as a wild card and one of the two youngest contestants but now the champion of this year’s edition.

As the winner of the Age of Craftsmanship edition of the show, he went home with ₦50 million worth of prizes which includes an SUV.

For the “Age of Craftsmanship” edition, registration kicked off on 1st September and ended on 8th September.

After registration, selected participants were prepared for screening. The screening took place in Abuja and Enugu on September 13 and 14 respectively. The second screening session kicked off on 16th September and 17th in Lagos.

The show aired on DStv and other local stations across the country.

Gulder Ultimate search was first premiered in Nigeria in 2004. But the show took a break from national TV in 2016.

So far, it had premiered 12 editions and seen the emergence of many stars including Nollywood veteran star, Emeka Ike.

The show has had Chidi Mokeme and Bob-Manuel Udokwu intermittently as hosts. This year’s edition was hosted by Nollywood actor Kunle Remi and versatile TV presenter Toke Makinwa.
