Nollywood veteran actress, Ngozi Ezeonu says she has been appointed as an International Peace Ambassador.
On Wednesday, 5th of October the veteran actress shared a picture on her Instagram page, stating that she has now been appointed as an international peace ambassador while also pointing out that her name is now Amb. Chief Ngozi Ezeonu.
While announcing the new achievement, the 57-year-old Nollywood actress thanked God for the new feather to her cap.

The 57-year-old actress has since been responding to congratulatory messages and comments from her family, friends, colleagues and fans.
Her acting career started in 1994 when she was cast to play Ngozi Ikpelue in “Nneka, the Pretty Serpent”. Since then, she has acted in over 250 movies.
She was born to D.O Ikpelue and Ezenwanyi Joy Nonyelum and grew up alongside five siblings. She attended primary and secondary states in Owerri before landing her first job as a hairstylist in a beauty salon in Owerri.
Although best known for her reprisal of mother figures, Ezeonu was originally cast as younger characters at the start of her acting career. In 1993, veteran film director Zeb Ejiro offered Ezeonu a supporting role as Nkechi, the antagonist’s best friend in the Igbo blockbuster “Nneka The Pretty Serpent”. This was followed by her role in 1994’s Glamour Girls as “Thelma”, a high society mistress.
