Popular musician Naira Marley recently signed four new artistes to his new record label, “Marlian Records”.
On the 30th of December, the “Soapy” singer hosted his concert tagged “Marlian Fest”. There, Naira announced his plan to kick off his new record label.
He announced:
“I want to use the platform to announce my new record label called Marlian Records and it’s for you all. Any of you that has talent can come through.”
After that announcement, he then gave the platform to his new acts: Zinoleesky, MohBad, Fabian Blu and C-Blvck.

Meanwhile, Naira Marley has reportedly opted for an out-of-court settlement over his involvement in alleged car theft. Recall that the “Tesumole” crooner has been given the last chance to appear in court over the case.
According to Naira Marley’s lawyers, the four-count charge of conspiracy, stealing, assault and obstructing the police might be settled soon.
Naira Marley’s two brothers Idris Fashola, 18; Babatunde Fashola, 24; and their cousin, Kunle Obere, 22, might be dropped before the next hearing.
Mr Awokulehin Ayodeji, Naira Marley’s lawyer told The Nation that the Police are not against a peaceful resolution of the matter.
He said:
“We hope that an agreement will be reached before the next adjourned date. The police have no problem with an out of court settlement.”
