The long-awaited picture of the Royal baby is finally here!
Proud parents Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex finally revealed “Baby Sussex”. The family of three gathered at the Windsor Castle on Wednesday, 8th May 2019, near their new home for the reveal.
The Royal baby is bundled up in white and cradled in the arms of his father, Prince Harry. They waited until Wednesday to give the eager public a first look at their son who arrived on Monday.
They are yet to reveal the name of the newest member of Britain’s royal family. He was born at 5:26 am local time (2.26 pm AEST) on Monday, weighing in at seven pounds, three ounces (3.26kg).
“It’s magic. It’s pretty amazing,” Meghan Markle said. She also stated that she has “the two best guys in the world, so I’m really happy.”
The Royal parents of the newborn told the press that the Royal baby was sleeping well.
BBC reports that a beaming Meghan said during the introduction, “He has the sweetest temperament. He’s really calm. He’s been the dream.”
While they both laughed, Prince Harry said, “I don’t know who he gets that from.”
“It’s been, what, two-and-a-half days and we’re just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy and be able to spend as much precious time with him before he starts to grow up,” he said.
The Duchess thanked well-wishers for the outpouring of support they had received.
When Britain’s Prince Harry was asked who the baby takes after, Harry noted it’s too early to tell.
“Everyone says babies change so much over two weeks,” he told reporters. “We’re basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows?”
