After a really long delay and a long wait, Kanye West has finally dropped his anticipated “Jesus Is King” album. This is his ninth studio album. The rapper also announced that he will drop another album in December. Check out all the details here.
It has been about 16 months since he released his last album, “Ye” (2018). In “Ye”, Kanye spoke openly about his battles with bipolar disorder and much more.
Following this, he started hosting exclusive gospel-themed concerts tagged “Sunday Service”. They featured a choir and live band often dressed in flowing robes or oversized outfits. These concerts drew people from far and wide, including celebrities like Diplo, Tyler the Creator, Brad Pitt, and Idris Elba.
The Chicago rapper also announced a new documentary film, also called “Jesus is King”. It drops exclusively in IMAX theatres today.
