Khloé Kardashian ex-husband Lamar Odom is ready to comfort her after Tristan Thompson admitted that he is the father of Maralee Nichols’ baby boy.
In a Facebook post, Lamar Odom stated that he hopes they can be friends again because she is a good person.
“I truly wish nothing but the best for her and I’m hoping we can reconnect and talk one day as friends. She is a good person and deserves the world.” Odom commented on a Facebook post discussing the test results.
The Sacramento Kings player issued a statement on his Instagram Story Monday night sharing that a DNA test proved his paternity and apologised to Kardashian for his betrayal.
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,” the NBA star, 30, wrote. “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.
“I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both privately and publicly.”

In a follow-up slide, Thompson acknowledged how his relationship with Nichols, 31, hurt Kardashian, 37, whom he was still dating when his newborn was conceived.
“Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you,” he wrote. “You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.”
“I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think,” he added. “Again, I am so incredibly sorry.”
Khloé Kardashian is yet to acknowledge Thompson’s apology publicly.
