Kevin Hart has been spotted out and about for the first time since surviving a near-fatal car accident just over a month ago.

The actor was pictured at Avra restaurant in Beverly Hills, California on Monday night, 21st October 2019. He went out ahead a reported poker game get together with Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio and sports agent Rich Paul. According to TMZ, the group also dined together.

Hart was in the passenger seat of his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when the driver of the vehicle lost control and crashed. The car crash occurred in Calabasas, California on 1st September 2019. The star fractured his spine in three places. This resulted in the actor requiring major surgery afterwards.
