Kanye West has donated $2 million to support the grieving families of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbrery, and Breonna Taylor.
The billionaire rapper, before now has stayed silent on social media amid the ongoing protests over George Floyd‘s death.
Kanye also set up a college fund to cover the tuition for Floyd‘s six-year-old daughter, Gianna Floyd.
A representative confirmed West‘s enormous contributions to CNN, adding that the education plan will fully cover Gianna‘s higher education costs.

Kanye also offered to cover the legal fees for the families of Breonna Taylor and Ahmuad Arbery. He promised to financially support Black-owned businesses in his hometown of Chicago.
Kanye‘s donation comes as people around the globe take part in a wide-spread protest sparked by George Floyd‘s death.
West has also set up a 529 college savings fund as part of $2million worth of donations to the families African-American people who have recently been killed by police and white people.
The donations came after critics on Twitter questioned Kanye for remaining silent over the Black Lives Matter movement.
For the past one week, 25 cities across the US have been under curfew after citizens took the streets to protest Floyd’s death.
