Justin Beiber Jumps On Wizkid’s “Essence” For The Remix, “Made In Lagos” Deluxe Is Coming

Justin Bieber announced the song on his social media as he thanked Wizkid for letting him jump on the “song of the summer”.

Essence” cracked Bilboard Hot 100 on July 12th at No. 82. The song is currently sitting pretty on No 54 and is already a global hit.

Billboard Hot 100 rankings are based on sales physical and digital, radio play, and online streaming in the United States. With this feature, the song is set to jump further on the charts.

“Essence” is one of the tracks of “Made In Lagos”, Wizkid’s last studio album released in October last year.

The 14-track project features global heavyweights like Damian Marley, Skepta, H.E.R, and Ella Mai alongside Burna Boy.

Wizkid had previously announced his “Made In Lagos” tour on Instagram. The Grammy award-winning artist made the announcement on Tuesday 6th July 2021.

The tour will see Wizkid visit major cities in the United States and Canada. The dates begin 10th September in Boston and continue until 12th October in Atlanta.

The Grammy award-winning artist also announced that the deluxe version of MIL is on its way though he didn’t specify the date.
