iOS 16 is launching today, Monday, 12 September 2022, and if you own a 2020 or 2022 iPhone SE as well as iPhone 8 and newer devices, you should anticipate these features of the latest operating system.
Apple has removed the 2016 iPhone 7 lineup from devices receiving its yearly update, after five years of support (the company’s phone lifetime).

— You will get message features like editing sent ons, unsending, marking threads as unread, and more. Also, you get to filter messages by SIM card and schedule messages on Mail. There will also be a 30 seconds window to unsend sent emails.
— iPhone users are getting a background removing feature right in the Photos app along with support for copying and pasting changes from one photo to another.
— It will update the Apple Pay service with a pay later feature which allows you to pay in four instalments for purchases you make using it.
— The FaceID will now work in landscape mode to make it easier to unlock your device.
Of course, we are not forgetting the fake AirPods alert feature which has become popular following its revelation at Apple Far Out event.
The iOS 16 launch will be done in gradual batches and if you have not received it, you should wait for Apple to roll it out in your area.
