Nigerian comedian has lambasted the Nigerian Department of State Security (DSS) for invading the house of Yoruba activist Sunday Igboho.
The comedian accused the DSS of engaging in partisan and ethnic witch-hunting with its activities.
I Go Dye in his post on Friday 9th July had asked that DSS use the same energy to tackle banditry and kidnapping of children in the North.
“The DSS should use same application they used to attack Sunday Igboho house, should be used on the bandits and kidnappers of the school children in the north,” he wrote.
What’s right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong and should be spoken against. Because violating ones right by attacking someone’s residence without inviting the person to the security institutions is wrong.”

He also enjoined others to speak up in the face of injustice and not wait until it personally affects them first

His post comes weeks after unknown gunmen reportedly stormed the house of Igboho, an invasion that allegedly led to the death of two people.
