HP Announces Seven Different X-Series Gaming Monitors, Starts At $259

HP recently announced seven different X-series gaming monitors, starting at a low $259. The company is flooding these gaming monitors into the international market at every price point obtainable.

These new monitors are only differentiated by size, panel type, resolution, shape size, availability, and quality of their display panels.

Available in four 27-inch models, two 32-inch models, and one 34-inch curved model. The display panel is either VA or IPS. VA screens have perfect color contrasts while the IPS panels have better viewing angles.

Pick your poison, Gamers are spoilt with a wide variety of HP monitors to buy now and in the coming months. All models are equipped with AMD’s Freesync and Nvidia’s G- Sync compatibility.

Also, all monitors announced by HP have a 1ms fast response time, height/Pivot/Tilt adjust, and 165Hz Refresh rates. If you notice all the VA paneled monitors models are curved, giving gamers a more immersive display.

The VA display might not be as immersive as OLED screens, but at night it should get the job done. Using the VA models in the daytime would be a disaster, as the colors will be muffled. Hence the IPS works better at Daytime for better viewing angles.

The cheapest models ship with only a full high definition display while the more expensive ones with a Quad High definition display. Both the cheapest X27 and X27q models at $259 and $339 are available now for purchase. While the most expensive model X34 with an ultra-wide display will be available come September this year.
