If you are just hearing about Google Doodle games, it is not too late, you can still join today’s game and participate in games from other days.
Part of Google’s contribution to the coronavirus struggle is to help people pass time as they stay at home. Its most recent move is re-introducing the Google Doodle games.
Google Doodle games are accessible from the search engine’s website. The games are programmed into Doodles from a time past. One of the first games Google made available during the coronavirus pandemic was ‘Coding’ on 27th April 2020.
Coding was from a 2017 Doodle and you can still participate in it by tapping on this link. After Coding, the next was a Cricket game from a 2017 Doodle.
On 29th April, Google made a Doodle game of Oscar Fischinger available. The game allowed players to make musical notes with visual animations. To play the Google Doodle Fischinger game, tap here.

Today, 30th April, the Google Doodle game is another music-making one. However, this time, players have to follow instructions to repeat the notes that the computer plays.
The Doodle game is from 2016 is a tribute to Clara Rockmore who was a classical violin prodigy and a virtuoso performer of the theremin, an electronic musical instrument. To play theremin with Clara Rockmore, use this link.
There are still six slots for Google Doodle games and it is likely that popular games like Pacman, Quick, Draw!, and Football will feature in this series.
One of Google’s other non-monetary contribution towards fighting the coronavirus pandemic is its collaboration with Apple. The two companies are on the verge of releasing an ‘exposure notification’ software by May 2020.
