Although a lot of people are skeptical about it, using activated charcoal is a natural way to whiten your teeth

Research has shown that activated charcoal can actually be helpful in changing the pH and health of the mouth, and as it’s effective in preventing cavities and killing the bad bacteria present in tooth decay and gingivitis.

There are whitening toothpaste that has activated charcoal in them but if you can’t get any of those you can just use straight black charcoal for a deep treatment.
