Among other issues affecting the Google Pixel 6 is its fingerprint scanner unresponsiveness. There have been reports from users as they frustratingly unlock their smartphones with their fingerprints.

Some Google Pixel 6 Pro smartphones are having some display flickers, and the company says it’s not a hardware problem. Google says that when the power button is pressed “with slight pressure but enough to turn on” causes the flicker.
The smartphone manufacturer is releasing a fix for the display flicker in December, with a software update. Google says that to avoid the Pixel 6 Pro displaying residual light, users should hold the power button long enough to turn it on.
Users will have to wait probably for a software update that fixes the fingerprint scanner. In the meantime, typing in your security pin is the less annoying way to unlock your shiny new phone.
