Still need more space, Google now has a new 5 terabytes storage plan for you. This cost just $24.99 per month for your storage needs. This is cheaper than its mega 20 terabytes and 30 terabytes deals for $99.99 and $149.9 per month respectively.

The new 5 terabytes plan is just better value than its 10 terabytes storage option for $49.99 per month. This new plan also offers 10% off its Store purchases, and access to experts. VPN service for Android devices and an additional family membership subscription is also available for the new plan.

Only 3 months ago, it ended its popular free unlimited photo cloud storage option, the company is now limiting free storage to fifteen gigabytes.

The silicon valley company has offered users its “Google One service” instead, this move was first announced in November last year. Since the beginning of the month, any new photos and videos you upload; using google photos will be added to the free 15GB of storage.

Google intends to start this One Service at $2 a month in the United States for 100GB of storage with other bonuses like Store discounts.

The company still helps to manage your photos, as any photo uploaded before June 1 will be considered free. You should still be able to access the free photo cloud option if your photos are not up to 15GB of storage.

When eventually, the size of your Google photos reaches 15GB, It will alert you; via its Photo App and by email.

Interestingly, Microsoft offers you a personal vault extra layer of protection, real-time collaboration with others on Office.
