Google is offering students a new deal that will allow them to get a free three-month trial on YouTube. The new back-to-school deal will mean new student members will get YouTube Premium of YouTube Music Premium for free for the duration.

Students will sign up as usual for YouTube but, instead of getting a month free trial, they get three. After this time, Google will start to charge the students for the monthly YouTube subscription fee. YouTube Music Premium costs $4.99 (approximately ₦1,800) per month while YouTube Premium costs $6.99 (approximately ₦2,550).

Remember that you can decide to cancel the subscription after this three-month period if you do not wish to pay the subscription. You may want to set a reminder to this end or just download the DoNotPay app.

YouTube Music Premium is the subscription-based arm of the music streaming service. It allows the user to download, stream and find new music. It basically works like Apple Music or Spotify. You will be able to access an unlimited wide variety of music.

YouTube Premium, on the other hand, allows users to download YouTube videos on their mobile devices. It does not have ads and also gives unlimited access to YouTube Original shows. Furthermore, the best part is that it adds the advantages of YouTube Music Premium.
