Apparently, this is a strong push to get its management team across the United States working back at the offices. Deeanne King, T-Mobile’s head of human resources addressed corporate employees in the internal memo seen by Bloomberg.

This also applied to customer service employees needing to show proof of vaccination by February 2st at least a dose. Although failure to do so won’t prompt an unpaid leave according to Bloomberg.
