Gadget For Teaching And Learning: The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go

Samsung yesterday released a gadget for teaching and learning, the Sleek Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go.

This gadget is currently retailing for a discounted $130 price.

Samsung's Teaching and learning Chromebook

Under the hood, is an Intel Celeron N4500 processor, with 4GB of RAM.

Its display resolution is at a grainy 1366 X 768 High definition in a 16:9 aspect ratio and 32 GB of ram.

This teaching and learning silver-colored Chromebook is only available in a wifi variant, Samsung has an LTE version in the works.

Samsung is branding this gadget as “thinner and lighter than other Chromebooks”, and for its low price its is “priced to please.”

On the Go Chromebook for Learning and Teaching

The Chromebook weighs approximately 1.5 kilograms, with a 14 inches display screen size.

Samsung promises that this Chromebook Go gadget is made with a military-grade design.

Strong enough to withstand the occasional drop, ding, or spill although the company doesn’t provide an additional warranty.

According to Samsung’s website, this Chromebook can last up to 12 hours on a single charge, based on Google’s chrome power load test. Which is perfect for the hours of teaching and learning at school and for studying.

In the shipping box is a universal charger, that can conveniently charge your other Samsung devices, no need for different chargers when you commute.

Samsung Galaxy Go Chromebook perfect for learning and teaching

If you rely on Wi-Fi for teaching or learning in school, this Chromebook is equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 6.

Which is three times faster than the last generation of Wi-Fi.

Although you will need to connect to a Wi-Fi 6 router in order to fully utilize the blazing speeds.

With a peak LED brightness of 220 nits, and an anti-glare technology, the Samsung Go Chromebook has integrated Intel® UHD Graphics.

For wired connectivity, the Chromebook gadget has two USB Type-C ports and a USB 3.0 port.

Headphone-out/Mic-in combo, and a microSD multi-media card reader.

Wireless connectivity for the Samsung Go Chrome is the latest Bluetooth v5.1, Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+), and 802.11 AX 2×2.

Also included in the Box is a 45W travel adapter and a 1.8m USB Type-C data cable.

Samsung seems to be discounting the Chromebook Go gadget as they originally retail for $300.
