It’s no secret now that natural oils are great boosters of hair growth. While they’re a lot of products in the market for naturally curly or kinky hair, the one way you can’t go wrong is with natural oils.
Over the years, some natural hair oils have been discovered to be very beneficial to kinky hair growth. We’re going to share five of the best in this piece.
Avocado oil
Avocado oil is the Holy Grail of natural oils as it’s bursting with amino acids, folic acid, fatty acids, magnesium, copper, iron, proteins, and vitamins A, B, D, and E. It is literally one of the best oils you can use on your hair as it also protects against sun damage and breakage.
Coconut oil
This oil is the go-to for many as it is easy to come by and profers a lot of hair benefits. Coconut oil is light and does not easily evaporate. It also has the ability to lock in the moisture of your hair, leaving soft and moisturised and it prevents dandruff.
Castor Oil
If you’re having problems growing out your hair edges then you should use more castor oil. This natural oil has the ability to repair thinning hairline and growing out hair edges.
You can just apply along the edges of your hair. It also comes in handy after a hairdo that puts pressure on the hair temples like cornrows or braids. However, you may want to go easy with application as it is a heavier oil and can make your hair dense, weighing it down.

Jojoba oil
Jojoba oil is also a great hair moisturiser and conditioner. It helps to eliminate hair dryness that causes breakage and strengthens every hair fiber. It does all this without clogging the pores of your scalp or making the hair dull and heavy.
Argan oil
Argan oil is very instrumental in preventing hair loss. It’s rich in phenols and vitamin E that helps to improve the general health and growth of the hair. It also strengthens hair follicles leaving your locks rich, full, and nourished.
