Precious Chikwendu, former beauty queen and estranged wife of past aviation minister Femi Fani Kayode has filed in their child custody lawsuit that the union was never consummated in the six years they “cohabited”.
According to Chikwendu, Fani Kayode suffers from Erectile Dysfunction. Hence, they could not have intercourse in the years they were together. The beauty queen in the lawsuit filed on Tuesday, December 7 in Abuja further alleged that she had to have her four kids for the ex-minister through insemination as they could not have penetrative s*x.
“At every attempt, the petitioner made to have s*xual intercourse with the respondent, there was never erection of the respondent’s p*nis/manhood and penetration was frustrating,” part of the suit read.
“During such periods of frustration and s*xual desire, the petitioner would be left with the choice of merely rubbing herself on the respondent, to have the slightest bit of relief.”

“The petitioner then insisted parties should seek medical help for the respondent. On visiting the family doctor, the respondent claimed he was diagnosed of having a cyst on his p***s/manhood. Which is not allowing the respondent to have erection and or perform s*xually.”
In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo, Precious Chikwendu claimed she’s not seen her four children since August 2020. This was after she and Fani Kayode separated. She said the ex-minister has forcibly prevented her from seeing her sons.
“The children are with him, I haven’t seen them since August 2nd, 2020. Yes, since August 2nd, 2020, I haven’t seen my children and I’ve been physically prevented from seeing them,” she said.
Chikwendu’s and Fani Kayode split last year over allegations ranging from infidelity, physical and emotional abuse.
