The super expensive car is reportedly worth $12.5 million. However, this would not put too much dent in the account of the big-time soccer player, who is on a $35 million per year contract.

 

The car, which was unveiled at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, has an eight-litre turbocharged W16 engine. It is capable of going as fast as 260 mph. So far, only one model of the car has been built in commemoration of the 110th anniversary of the luxury car firm.

 

 

The car’s name, La Voiture Noire, means “The Black Car”. It will not be available for use until 2021. That is when the final touches will be complete. The company is yet to confirm even though the car has been sold to Ronaldo.

 

It is regarded as the fastest, rarest and flashiest car in the world.

 

Earlier in 2019, Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly also bought a bright white Rolls Royce worth $360,000. The lavish Juventus player likes to spend big. He is known for his expensive taste in watches, suits and properties.

 

According to Forbes, Ronaldo is the third best-paid athlete in the world. He is estimated to have saved $61 million from his football career in 2018 alone. He also earned an extra $47 million in endorsements.

 

Ronaldo is one of the most talented footballers in the world. He will join his team to play against Torino later today, Friday, 3rd May 2019.
